Kung Fu Youth Program

This program welcomes children and young adults from ages 7-15. Classes are offered four times a week, in one-hour sessions, typical attendance is twice per week. The program is a unique blend of Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qui Gong exercises. Learning the art of Lau Kune Do promotes discipline, self-confidence, and a sense of accomplishment. This is achieved by using a variety of cardio, calisthenics, circuit and martial exercises. Our classes are high-energy, fun and interactive. The classes are instructed as a group while providing individual instruction to every student. Benefits of class are the students develop strength, self defense skills, discipline, respect, fitness and improved concentration, to name a few.

Enrollment Policy

Prospective students are asked to come to the studio for an interview with Sifu Harder to determine the students expectations and goals for their training. To make the sure the Temple is vibrant with good energy and unity. We are seeking people with a common goal to better their lives.
